Ike holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business from the University of Evansville and has completed continuing education through the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. A professional background in the oil industry included leadership roles in management and executive positions, where customer relationships, communication, and strategic thinking were essential.
